Before starting the Firestarter 1:1 Business Activation with Bianca, I was feeling confused and overwhelmed about where to start and what to focus on. As the week progressed we uncovered that aside from strategy, there we still a few stories I carried that were blocking my progress and holding me back. Bianca asked the right questions, allowing me to come to the answers in my own way and then helped me unpack these further, reframe them where needed and move through them safely. Bianca held space intuitively and with compassion - creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where I could explore ideas, express emotions, and work through challenges without fear of criticism or the pressure to find immediate solutions.
